Reworked level 9 to be more as it was originally intended.

- Moved the floor up for faster respawn
- Reduced brightness
- Had to remake some walls where textures suddenly broke, some tiles no longer line up. Deal with it!
- Added anti-cheese measures:
- Teleporters on ramps if you move too slow
- More player blockers on the walls so you can't land on the lamps.

Changed from Custom to Classic as the warm-up time would not show.
