Updated to be able to be raced against on the drag strip

+Added New Parts and Config
+Changed the Rear Clamshell to be openable
+Added Painted wheels to certain configs
+Adjusted Auction prices to make it more expensive to buy.
-Removed Tinted Windows that are no longer needed
