BALANCE UPDATE:
Nerfed Axe: does much less damage
Nerfed Axe: less kb scaling
Actually separated balloon and axe hitboxes so that I can reasonably nerf axe
Smoke portal no longer kills you when wavedashing near a ledge
Nerfed Steam Whistle from 1.5x kb to 1.25x kb
Reduced the amount of time the thrown crystal is active for
Made music note easier to DI, changed kb and angle to combo better
Gas cloud blowing is much less janky (adds additional speed instead of setting speed)
Magnet doesn't float in hitstun / fastfall in airdodge

Fixed bug where creatures attacked a player that had already died
Added sound effect for when creatures get dizzy
Moved Creature card to front of item queue
Gave fish more health so it didn't die immediately
Fixed an incredibly rare bug where the fish didn't work if they spawned exactly on top of the enemy
Fixed a bug where hitting creatures with projectiles froze the projectile
Make scorpion wait 1/5 of a second before attacking
Range where scorpion starts attacking increased
'Random' is now the first soundtrack instead of 'Default' (I'd be happy to change it back, though)

Patch Notes:
Added an 'info' section on the character select screen
Made item spawning more normalized/less clump-based
Made the difference between lvl 1 and lvl 9 cpus more drastic
Added functionality to smoke portal: holding down dodge will teleport you in that direction
Buffed club: deals 8% and more kb when thrown
Added functionality to heart: take half damage while holding
Added functionality to Water: collect 3 in a single stock to become invincible for 15 sec
Added functionality to propeller: it will last longer if you spawn another propeller while it is active
Fixed a bug where thrown items got upwards momentum when hitting players
