-Max Material Cap reduced from x1.75 to x1.25 as the AI tended to build too many units. The change should apply to preexisting saves as well.

ALL TRANSPORTS (SEA AND AIR):
-All factions may now build unlimited amounts of these crafts.
-Minor edits on their minimum resource carry capacity.

-Other Minor Fixes.

CONFEDERACY OF NARVITH:
-VlfsS-4C Huginn interceptors have been rebuilt to be much cheaper, fitting its lore.
(One double barrel APS instead of two+ replaced medium missiles with small)

-VlfsS-8X Munnin fighters have been nerfed.
(Removed flares, but given two more medium missiles)

-Resistance Separatist Emblem should be working now.
-Changed Material Cap to X1.75
