Added ttt_music_mute_start_muted [0 or 1]
Default: 0
Whether music muting starts as enabled for everyone, at the start of each map.
Equivalent to pressing 'm' once after loading into a map

Added a client-side global variable TTT_MUSIC_MUTE so other mods can detect if music is muted or the mod is installed at all
