Toggled zoom add, made settings just a little bit nicer ( added back button so I can actually change settings on steamdeck)

Instead of the mod notifying you that you haven't set a bind, it will just say nothing.
Ill try making this work again one day but it was broken for me so I disabled it.

New Settings menu that has auto save.
The Fov you set in game settings will now be used as the default non zoomed Fov.
If the mod detects that you have not set a zoomed Fov or bind, it will reset it for you (hopefully).
No more 170* Fov (for those who used it) this is due to the mod now using Teardown's settings
