Text Padding value from block's native settings is now treated correctly (Printer Toner must be run with rebuild argument or recompiled if changes are made)

The script will no longer add components to the list based on assembler queues. This caused ammunition to get listed as blank lines, since assemblers can't tell components from ammunition. A side-effect is that the script will only add components to the queue by itself once it sees an assembled one in the cargo inventory.

If the user configures no assemblers, the script will now use any assembler.

Improved how the script behaves when there are multiple assemblers. It can see all the queues, and will add components to one of its own assemblers (the first one that will accept the component blueprint). Ignores switch-off, broken or cooperative assemblers (which should participate vanilla-style).

Also attempted to improve the sprite cache issue in multiplayer.
