1.4 - Update 2

Major Changes:
• Core world modifier reworked
• Added a planet decision, allowing you to add the 'Core World' modifier to a planet in your home sector. Habitat type planets are explicitly blocked from having this decision.
• The Senate and Imperial Sector buildings will appear in the second and third building slots respectively regardless of when they're built (Sector Offices will be second if the Senate building is not built).

1.3 - Update 1

Major Changes:
• Adds two custom buildings: Imperial Senate and Imperial Offices, each providing their own bonuses and with their own limits.
• Added a unique government name: Absolute Sovereignty. To have this government name, you have to use Imperial authority with authoritarian, militarist, and xenophobe ethics. On top of this, you must use the Imperial Reign of Terror and Military Valor civics.
• Further modified mod policies: Removed the 'Secret State Police', making the planetary management policies solely for military defense.
• Added Core Worlds modifier, used in the Korinth system initializer providing planet bonuses.
• Several planet sizes for habitable worlds have been slightly adjusted.
• To utilize the Imperial Senate building, you need to activate 'Through the Imperial Senate' policy. Deactivating it will destroy the building if built.
• The species starting age range has been increased to 24-36 years old.
• Minor localisation adjustments: Most notably ruler and heir title names changed to Grand Emperor/Empress and Royal Heir/Heiress, and several new planet names added for randomized naming.

This update completes the groundworks of the mod with all the necessary components that were intended to be added. So technically, 1.3 is the full version instead of it being 1.0. Sometime in the future, I may add in a unique event chain for story flavor and a unique empire flag (although not 100% sure).

Through play-testing, I have found the mod additions to be rather overpowered and I am fully aware of this (it was sort of the intention). If you feel it's too easy to play with the Korinthian Star Empire, you can use the empire civics and Imperial Offices building independently from the preset empire.

• Mod policies heavily modified: Special authority policies removed and several modifiers have been added and moved around.
• Removed the diplomatic weight modifier from the Military Valor civic.
• Species leader lifespan reduced from +30 to +20.
• The planet Sanctuary size increased by two and two additional agriculture districts added.
• Minor localisation adjustments.

• Addition of two new policy category: Imperial Legislature (Imperial authority) and Interstellar Planetary Management (Universal except Gestalt Consciousness).
• Species slave cost halved, now it's 50.
• Government ethics adjusted: Switched Fanatic Authoritarian into Authoritarian and Xenophobe.
• "Korinthian System" renamed to "Imperial Reign of Terror" and changed civic icon
• Adjusted localisation for most components of the mod.
• Starting solar system edited: By default, Korinth will spawn in as a Tropical world instead of Continental to match the second habitable planet in the starting system
