Adjusted the cards and tiles now that Tabletop Simulator supports custom card ratios.

Adjusted the setup of the game.
Consolidated the figurines, use the copy and paste feature when placing Monsters and Furniture.
Added Hero Actions card.
Placed basic stats and Combat Dice guide to the notepad.
Added custom Hero figurines.
