I FORGOT TO PACKAGE THE MAP LOL

Made some quality of life improvements.
Made 4 tanks chase you while you go and escape from the facility.

Increased filesize.
Added a new outside area.
Added some ragdolls and j o e

Changed the map for versus a bit more.
BTS both gamemodes are using the same map

removed npc clip, it's annoying and not cool in both a casual and comp env
