a. Modified start locations to accomodate for US bases
1. Bases 1-4 - Spread out, base corners removed and base 4 moved to hill on the wrong side of the tracks (required forest removal)
2. Bases 5-8 - Spread out, base corners removed and small hill that contained bases before has been flattened so US bases work right. THANK YOU Relic for introducing something that makes all prior maps require updates....good thinking there guys! NO..... I'm not being sarcastic, I just have a speech impediment ;-) \

b. Lowered initial resources and XP to reasonable starting levels
