UPDATE 5

v1.04:
October 3rd 2021

-port is now constructable at Town level, but ships cannot be constructed until the next level. This is so your ships won't be attacked by pirates in the Classic mode especially.
In the Classic mode, ports are automatically constructed in factions capitals.
-Nerfed the pirate ships.
-Landlocked factions in the Classic mode start with a Trader already built.
-Changed faction names. This reflects the settlement factions start off with in Classic mode, like 'Arretium', 'Damme', or 'Antioch'.
-Changed order of the mode list slightly.
-Changed the last names of the faction leaders in Classic mode. This now reflects the settlement they govern, for example 'Flavius of Arretium' or 'Arminius of Damme'. In the other modes, the faction leaders have their first name appear, such as 'Flavius' or 'Arminius'.

UPDATE 4

v1.03:
October 2nd 2021

-starting general is now 20 years old with no traits or ancillaries.
-fixed the Seleucid army who had units that were not a part of its roster, namely the Hoplites unit, who has been replaced by Levy Pikemen. Also in the Classic Mode, gave the Dacians their variant of the Chosen Archer Warband instead of the German one.
-gave characters on the campaign 250 movement points from vanillas 80 (312,5% more), as in certain modes you would press end turn all the time in the early game before you got anywhere.
-In the Classic Mode, all non-landlocked factions now start with a boat who is at the capital's port. This way Britannia most notably has a way to get to mainland Europe straight away.
Meanwhile landlocked factions start with a Spy.
-In the Classic Mode, reduced the Pirate spawn chance by 10x.
-Changed title textures.
-Changed the splash image.

UPDATE 3

All factions in all modes now start with a 5 unit army, so they are equally as strong as the Rebel garrisons if they are enabled by the mode. The AI fare much better now as a result. The faction armies always have an elite but not overpowered unit in them who will not be recruitable or retrainable by the AI or player for a long time in the campaign, so don't throw this unit away. Also the starting denarii for all factions in the Scramble For The Map mode is 2500 instead of 0.

UPDATE 2

I forgot to add win conditions for the different modes, so I have added those in now. It are the vanilla win conditions at the moment, I might add mode specific win conditions later. Also the starting denarii for factions in the Classic campaign is now 2500 instead of 0.
