Dspecial changed: "Pressure Change"
- Galega's dspecial has been replaced with a way to change the steam pressure in his shell and gauntlets. He can go between "high pressure" and "low pressure" modes which change specials, strongs, and stats. If you are under high pressure, Galega's specials and strongs become much more powerful and faster. However, as a trade-off, he becomes slower and lighter.

Nspecial changed: "Steam Cancel"
- Going back to a previous iteration of nspecial, Galega now has his iconic steam cancel mechanic back without anything else weighing it down. After hitting an opponent, you can choose to cancel that move with nspecial. This will give you a little vertical hop and consume 1/3 of your steam. There is also a slight cooldown on it after usage, this is indicated through your outline flashing and a sound queue when it is restored. If you do not cancel into nspecial from a move there is no cooldown or steam usage.

Bair completely changed: "Reverse Axe Kick"
- Galega now turns around and does an axe kick sending the opponent downwards, the early hit will send up and outwards

Aerial Dspecial hitbox now sends downwards instead of outwards

Steam now builds through hitting the opponent instead of passively through PttM

Moves that give horizontal boosts (Fspecial, Bair) give significantly less distance when at 0 steam

Some normal moves now will use steam:
* Bair - 20%
* Dtilt - 20%
* Nair 2 - 15%
* Dattack - 15%
* Utilt - 10%

Using these moves while in PTTM will cancel it just like using a special or strong

There is now an indicator, outline effect, sound effect shown for when u can use PTTM

Galega v 1.3 (Pressurized Steam Update)

When your steam meter reaches 0 the leftover steam inside of Galega is put under intense
pressure and will start to shoot out concentrated "High-pressure steam".

When Galega's steam is in this state all of his strongs change to different versions that all have different
properties from their normal-pressure steam. Not only this, but damage and knockback are increased for
all moves across the board. However, to compensate, his speed is incredibly slow, air mobility is even
worse, and all moves have increased startup. You don't want to be caught offstage with low steam or you may be in for a whirl. When you initially
go into this state, you cannot use nspecial to regain steam for a couple seconds, so be careful and watch your
steam wisely

Galega's cancel mechanic has returned and has been combined with his newer Nspecial. Pedal to the Metal
(Nspecial) works identically to the last patch except for the added bonus of being able to cancel into
it from moves on hit. This uses roughly 1/3 of your total steam and has a quick cooldown before
it can be used again.

Other changes:

Wavebouncing Nspecial is now more effective

KBA reduced (1.02 -> 1)

Air friction fixed (0.1 -> 0.25)
