Climbhazzard:
+No longer reduces speed at the end of the move when used with Limit. This was an unintentional nerf to the limit version that happened when nerfing regular climbhazzard.

Fair:
+ Base Knockback of strong angle 45 hitbox: 6 > 7

Finishing Touch:
+ Sweetspot Active frames: 1 > 3
+ HItbox size slightly increased

Cloud was struggling to kill pre 200% with limited access to finishing touch, this should help alleviate that slightly.

Climbhazzard:
- Reduced Drift when entering pratfall from Climbhazzard
- Whifflag now calculates properly, 19(26) > 19(29)
~ Fixed drift multiplier not resetting properly

Finishing Touch:
- Hitbox lifetime 14 > 1
- Hitbox is no longer a decaying move and instead is a 1 frame kill hitbox followed by a windbox
- Can no longer fast fall during finishing touc
- Hitbox size reduced

Reverting a lot of the damage I did to this character while in a bad headspace.

Bair: Damage: 8 > 9
Fair: Damage: 9 > 11 (11 > 13)
Uair/Utilt: Increased drift/vsp carried at end of move.
Uair/Utilt 2: Decreased fall speed.
Uair/Utilt 2: Decreased endlag: 21(29) > 19(26)
Dtilt: Endlag -1f

Climbhazard: Now has wifflag again, reduced endlag. This is a partial revert of the last nerf. The move still has more endlag than before the nerf. On whiff it should feel the same as before this patch but on hit it should have less allowing for easier follow ups.

Climbhazard pt2: Reduced vertical speed and extended lifetime of the move. Should make the move less intimidating a bit.

Fair: Moved spike sweetspot to the middle of the move, reduced sweetspot lifetime to 1 frame, added a 2f late hit. Basically tried to make the move match ultimate Cloud more closely. It should feel mostly the same.

SSL Cloud Mini Visual Overhaul + Patch

VFX updated.
Adjusted sprite offsets to better match.
Various sfx and hitpause adjustments to streamline gamefeel.

+ Climbhazzard: Now has increased air drift during falling hit. This gives Cloud just enough air drift with uspecial to land with falling uspecial while recovering from max height wall jump in most situations where as before he'd miss the ledge due to the increased fall speed of uspecial 2.
- Climbhazzard: Reduced vertical speed maintained after using uspecial 1. Slightly less high gain on aerial version. This is a recovery nerf.

| Limit: Now lasts 15 seconds. During the 15 seconds that limit is active Cloud is very slightly faster. +.5 move speed, air speed and +.05 air accel.

- Fair: Reduced Non Spike Damage: 11 > 9
- Bair: Reduced Damage: 9 > 8
+ Dair: Increased Spike Damage: 7 > 9
- Dair: Reduced 2nd hitbox size.
Trying to reduce damage output slightly while making the sweetspots feel more noticably different.

Climbhazzard: Total Damage of all 4 hits: 16 > 14
The goal is to increase the risk of using climbhazzard especially off stage.
