[VJ] Combine Overwatch Special Forces SNPCs (COSF)

(This isn't a full fledge update, all this provides are numerous bug fixes and changes.)

-Fixed alt fire for Heavy AR2.
-Elites glowing eyes have been fixed.
-Fixed grenade throwing bug for both Royal and Prospekt defenders.
-Fixed original defender animation convar not working as intended for two SNPCs.
-Updated flamethrower to hopefully be less buggy.
-Updated AI of owners that use the flamethrower.
-Nerfed tons of SNPCs HP and dmg resistance.
-Updated Shielded enemies a bit.
-Updated the Combine Disruptor.
-Removed some weapons from Defenders.

-So many HL:A voiceline where added.
-Too many fixes.
-Updated Dodge code.
-Reset button in convar menu.
-Fixed manhack throwing and some convar conflictions.
-Sort of fixed out of place glowing eyes. (Small chance that the Glowing red light will be not be on the eye for some reason.)
-Updated Dodge code.
-Updated disruptor code.
-Small changes.
-Fixed props on medics. (Small chance to be misplaced.)
-Added own version of spas 12 for SNPCs in my other CMB pack.
-Alert dialogue changes for VJ Creature SNPCs.
-Dodging compatibility for Both Special forces commander and Special Forces Officer.

I will one day remake the Flamethrower.

-Buffed Combine Pistol to do 12 or 10 dmg per shot.
-Cleaned some of the internal files giving a lot of the models their own folders.
-Gave they Royal and Prospekt the Juggernaut animations and made tweaks to all defenders animation code.
-Changes to the combine disruptors code to make it a bit better and made it so that the chat spam filter only occurs when they fight players and not when engaging other SNPCs.
-Removed ugly human rebel animations from the Prospekt defender.
-Fixed Combine Ground Commander not being able to equip their stunstick.

- Small Update that only fixes a few bugs --
-Fixed incendiary grenades having the chance to explode immediately when thrown by firebug as the attachment for where the grenade spawns from was wrong.
-Hopefully fixed missing sounds for sniper rifle.
-Incendiary and regular impact grenade have the iconic red trail and the incendiary grenade is now red.
-Fixed missing explosion sounds for the Incendiary grenade.
-Screen effect applied to players screen when a disruptor is in combat with the player.
-New muzzle flashes for certain weapons.
-Small weapon changes.
-Small tweaks here and there.

-Fixed stunstick making players screenshake when NPCs were hit with it.
-Visual update to all ghost SNPCs.
-Same hand particle trail added to disruptor.
-All Elites, excluding field medic and defender now have glowing red eyes.
-Sparks emit when Phantoms are shot.
