Balance tweaks in co-op. Default enemies was replaced with modified so no T&C co-cop interactions anymore.

Some co-op teleports was fixed

Fixed the bug with the sarcophags. Also teleport in the co-op gives the opportunity to pick up the secret with ammo, instead of teleporting directly to the main arena.
