Walk Accel: 0.2 > 1 (Now functions same as run)

Audio Updated.

Added button buffers.

Can b reverse up air.

Fixed a bug where sleep status would persist in FFAs.

Made jab combo work across all buttons.

Added a neutral strong input so strong button works the same as a normal button.
