Fixes and changes:
- Inca mortars have been nerfed slightly
- Aryan Chariots now upgrade to Horse Archers instead of Elephants
- CtW: The option to buy a territory now properly triggers with the Nomad scenario
- CtW: Upgrading territory automatically doesn't put the player into negative values anymore
- Build times for nukes has been increased a lot
- Raze values of several buildings have been changed to properly reflect their cost
- Fixed missing upgrade to Elite Pikemen
- LOS of all units has been streamlined and reworked
- Wood cost for Classical Age has been reduced significantly
- Stables now cost food as well as wood

Fixes:
- Fixed scripts not working right in CtW battles
- Temporarily removed bonus caravans from Taj Mahal until the proper fix for it has been tested in multiplayer

- New future units that replace most of the old ones
- New government project in CtW that allows you or the AI to settle on a random free territory in the world
- AI should use conventianal missiles along with nukes now
- Bribe and Sniper abilities require less time to cast
- Power Armor is now generally useful against defensive buildings as well as cities and civilian units, so you can use them to storm enemy encampements and protect your other units

Fixed AI building Forbidden City and Red Fort in CtW and Forbidden City not being counted as Major City by buildings that require to be built next to a Major City

Fixes:
- Caesars Legions don't need "Mercenaries" anymore
- Changed island sizes in CtW in order to fix the game crashing or spawning cities in the water
- Balamob Slingers are now just as slow to build as usual slingers

- Towers and Forts now require "City State" instead of "The Art of War"
