A small update that just fixes up a few moves.

Blue's nair is now far more consistent.
Blue's forward special is now far more consistent.
Angle of blue's down tilt has been adjusted.
Blue's neutral special has had a couple buffers added so it works smoother.
And both gogeta's up special has been fixed so it's consistent and doesn't kill your opponent at 0 randomly.

A big yet also small update for gogetas.

The sprites have all been shrunken just like the other dbz characters.
Knockback and hitstun have been fixed on blue's dash attack.
You can now jump during the standing and running part of blue's neutral special.
