Reduced ammo count for all ranged units
Changed Miles melee weapon to bayonet

Knight Legionarii changes:
Removed killing blow
Adjusted weapon strength to show armor piercing
Increased jump attack chance to 100 to have initial charge look awesome
Increased charge speed to 5 from 3.5

Added RoR unit for custom battle testing: Reikland Repeaters
Moved Miles and Hastatus to Forge recruitment due to stat balancing
Tweaked Hastatus and Miles armor and unit cost to better reflect new changes
Velites and Socii Hastati are recruited in T2 and T1 barracks respectively
Changed Legionarii spear model
Changed Legionarii garrison unit to Socii Hastati
Legionarii now requires Engineer workshop to unlock in line with explosive spear capability
