- Zeroed out the ShieldHP stats for the Superheavy Frost Droid and both variants of the Frost Trooper Elite (the real one and the one that's an Animate Cryolite in disguise).

- Moved the Frost Cobra reaction AI change from the main Mod Jam mod to this one. It should actually work properly now (it wasn't before due to load order shenanigans).

Please let me know if Frost Cobras are doing anything with their reaction action (which they get anytime something dies) other than moving or reloading their primary weapon. They should not be using Freeze Spit or taking shots (other than the shot they get with the Avenger ability which is separate from their reaction action ability).

- All Frost snake variants no longer do damage with their spit. This affects both the enemy and the Playable Aliens versions.

- Added some extra config to zero out the values for Ice Shields, in case Mod Jam itself isn't properly removing the Ice Shield ability in all cases.

- Muton Devastators (the Tier 2 Muton Destroyers from the Muton Destroyer mod) are now called Muton Liquidators to avoid confusion with the Muton Devastator from the Muton Harriers mod.
