+ Control style A: During their first three active frames, teleports can now be cancelled into moves inputted in the same direction. (Intended strictly as a usability improvement. This should reduce frustrating situations where a gap was accidentally opened while trying to input a standard attack.)
~ Visuals for teleport destinations now spawn 3 frames later. (Supports the above change. This ideally shouldn't have a huge readability impact.)
~ Tags "NOCMD1", "NOCMD2", "NOCMD3", and "NOCMD4" have been added to the command-input exclusion list.

~~~ New melee attacks are instead accessed via quarter circles.

+ Updated to new SSL template, adding new effects and HUD

Balance
* Yukari seems to be having some trouble keeping pace with the current SSL metagame. I'm currently looking into options to give her some buttons that aren't tied to projectile cooldowns, but in the meantime, she's getting some extra speed to help her make full use of her tools.
+ Jab endlag 21f -> 15f
+ Jab cooldown 45f -> 15f
+ Jab cooldown now only applies to projectile - Yukari always retains access to the melee hit
+ FTilt cooldown 20f -> 10f
+ Inputting a direction while exiting a gap now gives +1.5 horizontal speed
+ DTilt duration 20f -> 16f (12+8 -> 12+4)
+ DAir duration 20f -> 14f (12+8 -> 10+4)
+ UAir duration 20f -> 16f (12+8 -> 12+4)
+ UAir exit vspeed -5 -> -6
+ UAir no longer incurs pratfall on use
