No particular changes, transfered mod with in-game function, not sure if there were any problems before but if there were I hope this action fixes them for Urban Expances update.

I have enabled my brain and fixed several severe bugs:
- Decay now actually decreases new strains.
- Buff strains now properly apply their effects, unlike previously, where hitting non-final threshold would completely disable stat increases.

- Added 3 new amplification nanites - Armstrong, Driver, Beholder.
- Added first alien nanite - Lanius.
- Fulgurium to Tin ratio in basis crafting is now 1/4 because come on, there is only so much fulgurium in this world.
- Additional small balance adjustments which I forgot.
- Limb-specific strains develop twice as fast.
- Ichor now crafts in batches of two, due to the sheer amount of it needed to gain full effects and because of gel cost in general.

Moved Asclepius indicator limb to left leg.
