Slight tweak to minimum speeds to feel the effects more, aswell as tweaking the AI so it priotizes eating over smelling.

Made it so the "smell hunter" AI goal has a lower priority than the eat any bodies that way there is no chance of the smell hunter goal trumping the eating goal.

The effect should be, that they smell blood until they find the body and then will eat it. Rather than continuing to smell the blood after finding the body.

Gave all the arachinds the "Smell Hunter" AI goal, which means they will seek out downed bodies/corpses to eat.

Added an AI goal which makes them "smell" blood from a distance. Drawing them to downed NPCs and Characters from a distance.

Reduced the speed gap from lowest to highest, by raising the lowest, so the average speeds are faster.

Skimmers no longer have the "Vampiric" tag. This causes them to not suck out your hunger like blood spiders, but eat the corpse more like beak things.

I believe it was there because they made skimmers from "spiders". Their sound files etc are "spider" and I think if skimmers were made first it would be labbled "skimmer". And so the Vampire tag is a vestige from the spider.

Increased Skimmer Hunger rate from 1 to 2
