Changed Blinding Smoke to be able to hit all ranks, in order to make it more versatile.

Hopefully fixed an issue that made the Bee Sting disease also appear as a quirk.

This is rather hard to test for, please let me know if someone still encounters this issue.

Probably the final major overhaul.

- I felt the ACC debuff on the bee skills was too strong, so I moved it to blinding smoke where it replaces the stun. That way it also differentiates that skill more from Plague Doctors Disorienting Blast
- Both Bee Skills now give the Speed debuff
- Pheromones now reduces Defense instead of Blight resistance
- Smoke Pipe now buffs blight and disease resistance
- The on crit effect is now increased damage instead of increased blight resistance.

I think this pretty much puts this mod where I want it to be. Unless some major bugs or balancing issues come up I'm calling this one finished!

Honey Overhaul!

Medicinal honey:
- replaced cure blight with cure debuffs

Recreational honey:
-removed the use limit
-reduced the stress heal amount
-added a stacking stress heal debuff, similar to Arbalest's Battlefield Bandage
