General Balance tweaking of just about everything, Including:
Smg Reload time decreased and Silenced SMG more accurate semi-auto firing
Milsniper DPS increased vrs Tanks
Hunting Rifle reserve ammo increased to 200

Balance Tweaks:
Adjusted damage for rifles to reduce effectiveness against Tanks, but maintain current effectiveness against other SI.
DPS difference between Rifles adjusted to be more consistent

Major Update!
Item Slot changes; carry more combinations of stuff!
Weapon Ammo reserves adjusted.
Shotguns rebalanced; now a little more varied and a lot less OP...
Silenced SMG recoil and spread rebalanced.

Thank you Red Hunter, and yes I had to agree; The Recoil on the Magnum Pistol was a little bit TOO high...

Balance tweaks for the new recoil: was a bit TOO strong for Assault Rifles.

Also the unsilenced SMG has been buffed. it is now the perfect weapon for using on the move.
Pistol Damage also buffed to improve usability compared to the new secondarys.

Thanks to Wolf for pointing out the damage for the M60 was TOO DAMN HIGH~

Large update!

Recoil for guns reworked entirely with more focus on actual recoil instead of spread.

Bug Fixing the new secondary weapons: on dedicated servers they are not functioning as intended. Hopefully this fixes it... also some balance tweaking.
