Asteroids now don't spawn while in warp

Stability Improvements and fixed
* added config to allow unlimited speed set in config file. even tho your pc is going to melt, have fun with that.
* added option to allow to use FSD in gravity, this also means that ship can hit planet.
* Added fixes for client crashes.
* Improved warp stability by using +5% client cpu thread, this helps to server side.
* small changes in default config values.

* CPU Thread Load has been reduced on servers by 300%
* CPU Thread Load for clients has been reduced by 50%

Big boy update


* now power usage is based on mass and fsd speed!
it's can be tuned in settings. i have added description in code.

* Power usage is now on hud too.

* Massive code rework for client /server performance and stability.

* Ship will get the before warp speed back when existing warp, so if ship was on 100 ms/s it's will get that speed back.
if there will be asteroid then speed will be 0
