This version has the following changes:

- Belgium starts with prime minister "Paul van Zeeland"
- Siam now has Fascist leader "Pleak Phibunsongkhram"
- Different leaders for 1939 start date
- New portraits


What I wanna add in the next update:

- Elections swap prime minister in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Maybe tweak doctrines and default focus tree to not give excessive amounts of manpower

Feature requests are welcome but I am not the most skilled modder so don't expect anything complicated.
