-Added a custom challenge for the mod, named "Draft Mode"
--This allows for users to have the mod disabled (in config), but
play the draft mode in its own contained environment. Settings
remain the same, no extra work needed.

-Fixed issue where Disabling Treasure Rooms would inhibit obtaining the first key piece in Downpour II or Dross II

-Improved config descriptions
-Optimized code and fixed possible but rare bugs
-Fixed bug where you couldn't reroll items if there was an empty pedestal in the starting room (eg. if items were set to not disappear)
-Improved randomizer preset to randomize every run
