Updated M/V Merikotka (sinkable)

Fixed some paint / text errors, misplaced rope anchor, anchor attached-lights not working, made exit signs permanently illuminated and various minor tweaks. Replaced pistol with c4 & detonator in the safe. Some people have reported having issues getting the boat to move faster than 8 kts. Please let me know if this issues is more wide spread and I'll try to figure out what's wrong.
