This module creates a scrap car yard in Cell 29x30 on the world map, with a three-story building in the middle: the first floor is the auto repair warehouse and material storage area. The second floor is a warehouse. The third floor is a residential area, the outdoor platform on the third floor has land for planting, and the roof of the third floor can be used for rainwater collection.
