Reverted to the older "distance" code as opposed to "hyperlane_jump", as it was more likely to actually spawn in the neighbor systems.

Empire screen localization issue solved

"Hope" is now set to ideal pc rather than continental. This had been a conscious choice of mine when making the mod initially (as I had a story in mind), but I've changed my mind on it.

The three companion systems **SHOULD** (depending on how the galaxy gen works out) be direct neighbors of Beacon, however, in none of my tests have I been able to get all of them to be directly connected to Beacon at the same time. As it stands, I am satisfied with the result.

Fixed scale of the asteroids. Cerberus is no longer the same size as Atlas.
