Added Third person view Offset so you can see what you\'re aiming at.

Fixed visible Melee damage when seen through the spyglass.

Fixed the Ship issue with the spyglass always seeing a ship instead of animals/crew.
Added in a check to ignore the dino you are riding when using the spyglass.
