Removed several radio commands for playing some music tracks

*If you DON"T like the VA settings then you can change ALL of them in addon options using the VA server tab and check the overwright mission checkbox for EACH changed setting line.

Adjust placed units in southern combat zones.
Enabled Dynamic simulation for most AI units.
Remade both follower units due to Recaldy's Units RHS changes.
Added/removed things from Skalisty Island.
Adjusted Ambient spawner for spooks to 120 seconds checks instead of the original 60 seconds.
