* Added config option to choose which teams can have a bounty. (DARKRP ONLY)
* Added config option to choose which teams can see player bounties. (DARKRP ONLY)
* Fixed an issue with the TP indicator, as the font it was trying to access wasn't in the files.
* Done some smaller changes to make the code more optimized.
