Fixes
  • Untyped typos. This will most likely cause completed occurrences to show up again. Sorgy!
  • All equipment with Examiner: AlternateDisplayName -> Unknown

General:
  • Slight resprites for a couple of objects in the mod

Tambourine Gal:
  • Health: 30 -> 60
    This should help TG stay alive in the early game. Feedback on this is super welcome, feel free to tell me how right and/or wrong I am.
  • Added location-based and situational lines for Bey Lah and its relevant quests
    I think I tested everything and it should work without falling apart, but you know how it is with modding.
    If you stmble on a bug or a piece of broken dialogue - report it to the issue thread on the workshop page or to the issues section on github.
  • Added location-based lines for the Moon Stair
  • Added occurrences (check Quests.xml if you want to spoil yourself on the requirements you need to meet to prompt these):

Fixes
  • Fixed a bunch of typos in ObjectBlueprints; thank you KafkaExMachina for spotting those!

Changes
General:
  • True Kin enter the jam session with two castes: Monk-Hornist and Monk-Percussionist. Both are proficient with cudgels, with Hornists leaning into using heavy weapons and specifically mastering their Haunting Horn, and Percussionists focusing on throwing their Drum Sticks with a dip into tinkering
  • Mutant calling “Tinkle-Monk” renamed to “Monk-Klaviscist”

Tambourine Gal:
  • Rolled back the mutation-specific lines: for some reason they showed up more frequently than other types of responses
  • Removed mutation requirement from one of the Occurences
  • Added a “question hub”, where you can ask TG about things happening throughout your journey. It’s barebones right now and mostly groundwork for the future
  • New location-based lines for the Arcade to the Twin Gates, Grit Gate and general underground areas (I dread the day when I finally start doing Bey Lah-related responses)
  • Went through existing location-based responses and made sure they don’t show up in unrelated places

Note: Been working mostly on TG (even if it’s slow for unrelated real life reasons). I have some plans for two TK castes, but I’m not really certain what I’d want those to look and feel like so they’re still just molds.

Changes
Tambourine Gal:
  • TG can now give comments on mutations and defects your character currently has. The list is limited for now as I’m trying to figure out good comments/responses :)
    List of acknowledged parts includes: Carapace, Electrical Generation, Flaming Hands, Horns, Multiple Arms and Psionic Migraines (D)
  • Added Occurances: short one-off events/vignettes that happen when you talk to TG under certain circumstances
    Only three for now: one location-and-time-based, one mutation-level-and-time-based and one quest-based. You can check Conversations.xml if you want to see exact requirements
    These are mechanically quests: I might add [REDACTED] in future so these can show up in your [REDACTED]
  • New location-based lines for Kyakukya and Yd Freehold

  • Changed all item, poptable and conversation IDs to include the “clau_” tag
Keytar:
  • Class: Cudgel -> Cudgel/Heavy Weapon hybrid
  • Melee elemental damage: 2d4+4 Heat -> 2d6 Heat
  • Tier: 6 -> 4
  • Value: 450 -> 120
  • Can now be crafted, disassembled and modified by tinkers
Tambourine Gal:
  • TG now has lines that show up depending on the time of day and your current location
  • Locations for the time being include Joppa, Six Day Stilt and Ezra. Other major settlements and story locations will be added in future updates
Tinkle-monk background:
  • Added Tank to starting skills
