Update from b24 to b35.

Changes :
- Replaced the little bumpy road in the south-western part of the map by a whole new set of buildings and tunnel entrance.
- Renamed the map to ensure all servers break with this new update.

Additions :
- Due to a couple people asking for it, added AI nodes (there's a hardcoded limit of 1500 nodes so not all areas could be properly noded).
- Added nextbot support (noded by NoBrain).
- Added new tunnels, new undergrounds areas and an elevator from the tunnels to the lowest area.
- Added areaportals in garages (prevents the whole map from displaying when doors are closed).

Fixes :
- Fixed one of the rails on the B2 elevator being physgunnable.
- Fixed some texture alignement in the lowest underground area.
- Fixed sand roads texture glitchs when something on the map was exploding.


Note : both AI nodes and brush limits have been reached on this map.
