Changed APCS to Tanks due to feedback

Town has an APC spawn instead of a Tank

Logging Camp has a boat spawn and larger cap

Bots are more aggressive attacking the small island

Added more land area to Logging Camp

Reduced vehicles and spawn rates

Fixed Terrain issues
