Balance changes and a few tweaks to relics

2handed maces range reduced to 1.6
HaleHammer damage and knock back reduced, but now gains stunt chance and extra stunt damage
QuakeBaker has 2.1 range
Titans fist has 2.1 range, extra stunt damage, and knockback but deals 1 less damage
Thumpstick has 7.6 range but deal

- Hammers universally deal 1 less damage.
- For tier 2 and 3 hammers, hitting enemies diagnally will no longer grant the full knockback bonus, excluding titans fist
- Thumpstick deals less damage to offset the multiple stat buffs it grants

To make them stand out more, maces and hammers now deal 1 additional damage compared to other weapons
