Major artifact rebalance with a few changes to basic spears

1handed spears grant armor and have 2 range
2handed spears grant armor, block, and evade but deal average damage
Elgorn pike has no protective bonuses, but has 3 range and deals more damage
Cyclone Fork works as you would think
Dreadscythe deals full aoe damage and has extra range but deals less damage and provides no other bonuses
Moonspear works as you would think
Bonespear works as you would think
Forest spear has no protective bonuses but deals extra damage and provides great potency
Gorgon spear deals 1 extra damage
Wyverntail works as you would think

Spear updates

- 1h spears no longer grant armor bonus
- Elgorn Pike deals 1 more damage as it shouldEnhanced Bone Spear grants 4 potency again at tier 3
- Will of the forest grants 6 potency

Wyvern tail poison now scales up to 3
