-Nair/Jab;
removed the 3 permanent 0 damage hitboxes that were only used for AI shenanigans
(new hit-effect fully charged hit)

-FTilt;
increased endlag of hit 1.
FTilt now has 10 frames of cooldown after use.
(should no longer be able to hit the oponent from 1 side of the stage to the other with the first hit of FTilt)

removed a hitbox inside Roy on hit 1.
changed a hitboxes position and size on hit 3-neurtal.
(should make it easier to DI the move)

changed base Knockback on hit 4-neutral: 9 -> 7

-FAir
removed a stray pixel on Fairs hurtbox.

-Taunt;
removed a stray pixel on Taunts hurtbox.
