1. Adding check to disable the requireditem(s) to be override by save xml file for repairable. Other elements aren't affected. This allow us to customize the consumeables for the repairables.
2. Changing repairing parts from 20 to 30 stacksize.
3. All turrets should now be able to update the reqired item to repair as 'heavywrench'.
4. Increase maxstacksize for 'heavywrench' from 1 to 6.
5. Adjusting coldwater affliction.
6. Adding a repairable for shuttle batteries.
7. All electrical devices excludes pumps, reactors, and fabricator and deconstructor, will take random damage when submerged in water. Every 60s item will take damage ranged from 0~100.

1. Heavywrench price changed from 150 to 60.
2. || powerContainer.powerIn.Grid.Load > 0 this has to be removed to avoid supercapacitor crash the game. Now only the load is checked.
3. Lowering the fuelrod price from 1000 to 700. 2000 to 1400.
