UPDATE - THE STALINGRAD KESSEL

FIXES AND ALTERATIONS

-A whole bunch of errors fixed. Including errors with the tank designer (you should now be able to use it properly)
-Added a few more naval bases to the Southern Volga, so it should be harder for Germany to cut off and destroy this area now.
-Slightly reworked some of the Soviet focuses. Most are shorter, 'requisition barges' and 'Requisition NKVD barges' merged into one.
-Some errors with localisation fixed.
-Events (both welcome and area capture) should now pop correctly, either as soon as the game starts, or as soon as said places are captured.
-Removed subscription ads from the main menu.
-Removed some other useless clutter from the main menu.
-Focuses on both sides shortened so it is easier to get to Winter Storm and Operation Uranus in a historically accurate timeframe.
-Reworked the "Trust in paulus" and "Replace Paulus". These have been replaced with "Trust In His Will" and "Persuade the Fuhrer" - try to persuade Hitler to not be a total idiot!
-Uranus and Operation Saturn have been edited. Saturn now blocks Germany's reinforcements, while Uranus has been heavily buffed. Requirements have been removed.
-Most spirits should now have GFX.

-ADDITIONS

-November 24 Start Date now activated. Contains historical OOB.
-Replaced portraits for Friedrich Paulus and Erich Von Manstein to be more stalingrad-friendly.
-Additional naval bases and railways added around to make supply easier to get for both sides.
-Added a lot more events, based on focus reworks etc.
-Both sides have had their focuses extended. There is now significant post-Uranus and post Jan-1943 content.
-A small number of military advisors have been added to the Soviets. Rokossovsky should now correctly appear as a soviet advisor after Uranus is launched.
-Added a number of Soviet Generals to appear in Operation Uranus.
-added a number of Romanian generals (for Germany to appear in Uranus.
-I have buffed Operation Uranus heavily. Teh entirety of 5th Tank Army now spawns for the USSR, covering a much wider area.

-Missing units from Germany's starting OOB in the 8th September scenario now correctly spawn.
-Reduced time it takes for equipment to be sent to your units.
-Max organisation reduced by a factor of 10. Organisation regain has been increased as well by 10x. This is to match the smaller nature of the units in my mod.
-HP and organisation has been increaased for artillery an AT. This includes SP variants.
-Soviet starting equipment in 8th September start date has been reduced.
-German starting equipment in 8th Sept start date also reduced (but by less than the Soviets).
-Production efficiency gain now massively increased. You should now have a chance to get full efficiency over the course of the battle.
-Many decisions have had their political power cost reduced.
-Conflict level ideas have been reduced in PP cost.
-replaced the duplicate of the 20th Romanian Infantry Division in the 8th Sept start date. It has been replaced with the 4th division instead.
-Many Soviet focuses have had their completion time reduced.
-Deploy decisions now spawn multiple units.
-Reprogrammed how winter works. Germany will now recieve a separate event with a debuff after December. The soviets can take a decision to prepare for winter.
-Decision for both sides to "crush the pocket" in the 23 July start date. This is the start of a series of decisions/events etc to make more of the map have actual significance.
-Further alterations made to AI behaviour.
-Fixed a few localisation errors
-Fixed missing German generals in the 8th Sept start date.
-Soviet AI backup event now spawns units correctly.
-Pitomnik air base level increased.
-Fixed triggered songs playing for both sides.

ADDITIONS

-A new start date, 8th of September 1942. This start date includes a new historical OOB for September 1942 (with some extra units thrown in here and there to fill out lines so it's not 100% accurate but its around 90-95% accurate).
-A couple of new generals added for both sides.
-The music in the mod has been moved to a separate radio station. It's linked in the mod's description. The triggered music in the mod is still there- and the radio station should function exactly as normal once downloaded and activated.
-Some Russian localisation has been added, thanks to KarmaBullet

BALANCE CHANGES

-Reduced movement speed in urban tiles
-Mechanized units have been nerfed slightly (reduced soft attack)
-Artillery, anti air and anti-tank have been buffed. The idea is that they now can serve better as 'glass cannon' type units that pair well with supporting infantry.
-Tanks of all description have recieved a buff to their soft attack. However, their effectiveness in urban environments has been reduced.
-Germany's starting PP has been increased a bit
-A few new naval bases have been added around the Stalingrad side of the Volga, so that the Soviets have a bit more maneuverability if they get cut off
-Minor AI improvements have been made. These changes are the first of a few as I learn the nature of AI modding. Germany should now be more aggressive, while the Soviets should be suitably defensive.
-A few more forts have been added around key victory points in Stalingrad
-A few more railways have been added to the Soviets, so their forces don't die in the 8th September start date.
-Reduced starting factories for both sides slightly.
-You now gain increased building slots from raising your "Conflict Level".
-The Hunger Crisis now has a larger debuff. However, the Increase Vodka Ration focus will now reduce the penalties further. This is you also lose out on a few bonuses by taking this focus.
-The German "Panzer Spearheads" spirit has been buffed a bit.
-The coutnry leader traits have been edited a bit, along with adding AI behaviour.
-The People Enraged spirit (that Soviet gets when the Germans do bad stuff) should now have a larger penalty for Germany.
-I have added a number of Anti-Aircraft buildings to some of the states in Stalingrad.
-Starting manpower has been increaased by around 100k for each country.
-I have removed a couple of the Voga crossings to Stalingrad (on the periphery of the city's center), and added a couple of naval bases instead. This is to make it a bit trickier for Germany to cross the Volga.
-Troops spawned with Hoth's Arrival in August now cover the entire front. I had to go against the historical OOB and add additional battalions for both sides to do this. In addition, the Soviet troops that spawn have been weakened slightly. Hopefully now it will be harder to stop Hoth's Army in its tracks the moment it spawns.

FIXES

-The weird situation with the "Protokk Bystryy" island has been fixed. It is no longer simultaneously accessible and inaccessible.
-News events should now fire correctly for both sides. Let me know if you are still missing news events (they are supposed to pop shortly after Germany captures a major location)
-Some GFX icons for spirits were present, but not appearing. They should now appear.
-the victory points for Mamyev Kurgan and the Tractor Factory have been adjusted slightly.
-Added a new state to make it a bit less awkward in the north of Stalingrad.
-The Soviet focuses for appointing a Field Marshal now grant you the associated Chief of Staff.
-NSB loading screens have been replaced with art more directly relevant to Stalingrad.
-The loading screen featuring the Spanish Division Azul has been replaced because the Division did not fight in the area of Stalingrad the mod covers.
-A new minor errors have been fixed.

-The transfer speed of planes from base to base has been increased dramatically to compensate for the zoomed map.
-Offensive debuffi n urban areas has been DOUBLED. Taking towns and cities is no longer as simple.
-The weather has been changed. Summer is now much hotter (as it was in reality), and winter is MUCH colder. This is to match the historical temperatures.
-To match the now modified weather, I have increased the winter debuffs for Germany. The winter will now hit you a alot harder.
-Likewise, the Soviets now have a stronger winter buff (the Siberian training spirit) which should help them withstand winter more effectively.
-Generals unit limit increased to 40 each (and 52 to marshals). I did want to add an option to make this unlimited but the game was crashing like crazy so I have disabled that for now.
-A news event for Stalingrad's destruction via bombing should now correctly appear.
-Production costs for infantry equipment and aircraft has been increased.
-To compensate for this slightly, I have added some meager starting production for both countries (this was causing hard crashing during my testing - which I fixed - however its always possible new issues can erupt so please let me know if you have any problems.
-Air to ground attack for CAS has been reduced by 10%.
-A large amount of raw materials has been added to each country. For now, this is just in the inaccessible states at the map's edge. In a future version I will scatter these resources around the map.
-Research time has been increased by around 2x, because it was kinda insanely fast before.

Again, more changes made in this update. So let me know what you think and if I can alter anything else.

- An issue with the ammo dump/resupply system was causing random CTDs (for reasons I cannot discern as of yet), so as a temporary measure I've removed it from the mod. The game should no longer crash.

- The second start date, "Enemy At The Gates" is now under construction. This start will pit the Germans at the very gates of Stalingrad in mid September - handy for those people who want to cut straight to the city fighting itself.

-The decision-spawned units now spawn in your capital state. This will prevent a previous error whereupon these units would fail to spawn if their spawn province was controlled by the enemy.

-Plans for a new scenario, starting when Germany reaches Stalingrad, have now been made. This start date replaces the TBD start date of the alt-history scenario (which I'm doubtful I'll ever do.)

-Fixed issues with tanks being granted as part of focuses (the game was getting confused between vanilla tanks and NSB tanks)

-Added missing technologies for Soviet - mainly artillery and rocket artillery

-Missing GFX for the German morale spirits has been replaced. It should now appear in game.

-Missing localisation on certain events has been fixed.

-A missing event for the devastation of Stalingrad has now been added back in game. It should now appear after Germany bombs Stalingrad completely.

-fixed a bug with the German marshal replacement event.

-The German Marder II tank design is bugged. I've taken it out for now until I get round to fixing it.

-error in the Operation Uranus decision has been fixed

-And a few other minor snaggles as well.

I've tested every single event and every single focus, and nothing seems to be amiss (for now). Please let me know if the game carries on crashing and I will continue my search.
