Added ITA (Italian) voicelines.

Planning on adding atleast 1 more voiceset.
Like the french one I don't really know any italian so I used google translate to the best of my ability.

Updated the talk.set (should hear way more dialogue now. Forgot to update the talk.set when the game/valor updated. This caused the silence in battles for factions added after I made the mod.)

Changed the USA v1 Young voice and pushed it to v6 so that you can have another variant that doesn't override the original.

Added FR (French) voicelines.

Had this in the backlog for a while and figured I'd release it.
Its a bit of a WIP since I don't know French and I'm having to use Google Translate and make sure its all consistent.

One feature I thought was cool was when you attack with french troops they blow the whistle.
