ADDED:
- New faction! Rescue Department (Pelastuslaitos)
- 2x caps for Pelastuslaitos
- Ensihoitajan puku (Paramedic outfit)
- M/05, M/04 & Police helmet cam variant
- General non-marked suojaliivi

CHANGED:
- Toned down M/05 taistelupaita, made it a bit lighter
- Tweaked Opscore weight values, so they represent better whether your helmet has ear protection and/or camera
- There was a fix I thought of to be a quite a big one but already forgot what it was :D Whatever it was, it's fixed!
