Fixed eye textures conflicting with original ragdoll.

COMPLETE OVERHAUL. THE UPDATE YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR.

- Fixed player select icons
- Fixed feet being rotated
- Fixed eyes, which are now static
- Fixed viewmodel arms (I think)
- Improvements to rig
