Remeshed Machicolations to better match Reinforced Stone Brick

Remeshed Battlement using existing FunCom meshes and textures mixed with mine.
Added a test focus for Set, no recipe, admin spawn only so far
Switched out most of my custom materials to instances of Funcom materials to have things like blood applied.
Removed a few unused assets that were auto-imported but not used.

Rebalanced all weapon damage to better fit with vanilla conan.
Changed crafting ot sticks and clubs to hand crafted. Some still require shaped wood though.
Fixed some issues with repairs on taiaha and vanir axe having things in the wrong columns, and probably being unrepairable.
Changed longswords to katana move set.

Stat Based Damage Type added except for off-hand and building pieces.

Complete revision of the Arrow Slit. I Conan-ified it. The original was more similar to more historical arrow slits int hat it was inset int a thick wall. Castle walls are closer to Conan foundation thickness than wall thickness. But, in game, it never really functioned well. It had troubles placing ceilings over it, and I meant to try out using the existing materials. So the new one is basically the T3 wall with an arrow slit chopped out.

Hyrkanian Weapons, sabre and bow.
Fixing the transparent tri on the arrow slit, which turned out to be daftness from the fbx export in blender, fixed by manually converting to tris from polygons first
Plus 3.0 compatibility

Tidied up some details of the stick collection, descriptions, removing DLC auto-learning, etc Removing some test assets bloating the mod. Fixing the blueprint on the "pointy stick", and all the tags on all the things (some were fine, but a lot were missing)
AKA, tidy up for pre-3.0, seeing as the devkit is about to be 3.0'ed
