Tweaks:
[!]Added a tag to allow bots to treat the warsuit similarly to how they do the PUCS

Balance:
[!]Changed how the luck of 'tomb raider' works: First roll is up from 80% -> 90%, second roll is down from 40% -> 25%, third roll left unchanged at 10%

[!]Adjusted 'Marksmanship" to also have +30% laceration damage but bleeding deals -100% damage (no more bleeding done by the warden, in any means)
(o)NOTES ABOUT THIS CHANGE:
-The lacerations increase allow most melee and turret weapons to be affected. Railguns and flak cannons are not affected (except for the canister shell).
-The reduction in bleeding completely is meant to give a big detriment to this talent against its competitor but to allow the use of melee and turret weaponry (like its competitor).

[!]Adjusted 'Concentrated Explosions" to be +50% explosion damage but -40% radius
(o)NOTES ABOUT THIS CHANGE:
-Added damage to compete with its talent competitor. Reduced radius to avoid extreme damage to multiple segment monsters (like the latcher, charybdis, endworm, and moloch)

[!]Nerfed swim distance of 'Submarine Warfare' by a small amount

-Mirrored Abyssal Armory hotfix
-Changed how the fire resistance for the Elite Warsuit works: (NERF) Now it only has 30% resistance to burn, but it also has a hidden stat of 30% chance to deny any burn damage received.
-Buffed Veterancy experience gained by killing guardians from 2 -> 15

Balance:
-Elite Warsuit Bleeding resistance reduced from 80% -> 40%.
-Elite Warsuite has 20% chance to not recieve bleeding damage per hit.
-Elite Warsuit stun resistance reduced from 90% -> 35%
-Elite Warsuit has lower chance to be infected by husk from 50% -> 20%
-Slow flow has a new functionality: When in water, bleeding resistance is increased by an additional 10%.
-Gain more supply boxes by completing milestones (max 3 boxes per round).
-Battle scars stun resistance increased from 25% -> 30%
Talent Rework:
Water running -> Tomb raider
-20% chance to find additional items in ruin containers.
-Alien incubators will have randomly more material when you open them.

Added a +10 to the experience gained when killing any creature.
[x] Upgraded servos => X marks the heart:
Non-Turret attacks: 20% to deal +30% damage.
Against Leviathans: +50% turret damage. +300% small arms damage.
* Swaped positions of some talents to make them more in line

Increased gained reaper's tax gained for ressurecting by 20 (before reductions)
