Balance - Big thanks to Ambi for taking such a close look at the character, as well as SpiderBoi and Anebriate for providing feedback as well!
- After being in car mode for a brief period, grounded attacks require 5 frames to turn into a robot before they come out
- This 'penalty' is deducted from natural transform time, so it should flow naturally
- Reduced car 'max' speed (15->13) and acceleration below max (0.85->0.8)
- Removed energy refill on grab, replaced with double-jump refill for consistency with similar characters
- Removed uair's and nair's lingering hitbox
- Reduced nair's endlag (-4 frames formerly spent with lingering hitbox)
- Reduced uair's endlag (-6 frames formerly spent with lingering hitbox)
- Increased fspecial number of frames before action can be taken (+7)
- Reduced bair's momentum (7.5->5.0)
- Removed fstrong lingering hit
- Slightly reduced fstrong kickback for all aim angles
- Increased friction while charging ustrong (0.05->0.3)
- Reduced disjointedness of ftilt/utilt but adding hurtbox to the smear frame
- Slightly reduced size of utilt/ftilt hitboxes to more closely match smear frame
- Slightly reduced width of dstrong hitboxes
- Dstrong now only spins once and hits once, but rotation lasts slightly longer
- Dstrong now sends up instead of out (45->90)
- Dstrong hitbox is now slightly narrower
- Dstrong acceleration reduced (1->0.8) and top speed reduced (7->6)
- Reduced active hitbox time of nspecial (8->4)
- There is now only one lower hitbox while sliding, no longer hitting once arms are raised
- Reduced hspeed of dattack's little burst (9->8)

- Fixed a bug causing the upspecial jet sound to play forever when mashing upspecail/jump repeatedly
- Fixed grabs doing more damage than intended if the opponent was grabbed too early in the animation
