- minor change in Silencer.lua to improve compatibility

- optimized silencer model, way more performance than original now
- rewrite model loading code
- rewrite unmount silencer code, now this mod should not conflict with any other mod
- new texture for Home made silencer
- revolver can now attach silencers
- restored the original silenced sound radius algorithm other than a fixed value used for testing
